You have reached the official application for the Tampa Bay Super Bowl Host Committee Emerging Business program. There are three steps to complete this application to be included in the official online Emerging Business Resource Guide:

STEP 1: Complete the online form below and press Submit.
STEP 2: Complete part two of the online form and press Submit.
STEP 3: Download a pdf of the affidavit, fill it out and mail or fax it to the Host Committee along with a copy of your certification.

NOTE: Only minority and women owned businesses certified through one of the approved certifying agencies will be included in the online Emerging Business Resource Guide. The last day to apply October 15, 2008. After that date, we will still accept copies of your certification, but will no longer accept new applicants to the program.

NOTE: Completing the online Emerging Business application does not register you for any of the NFL Emerging Business workshops to be held throughout the year. To register for one of the workshops, please click here.

Only properly completed forms will be considered for inclusion in the guide.
